All For One has completely redefined the universal remote with “Xsight” and raises the bar in the competitive market of universal remote solutions with its outstanding array of features and innovative operational concept.

It can control 18 devices and has a touch screen, color display, touch slide navigation, favorites including network logos, profiles, macros, activities as well as One For All’s well-known learning feature.

Xsight’s one-of-a-kind setup allows users to configure things with ease directly out of the box and without a user instruction manual. With an Xsight in the house, every family member has their own personal remote control. The Internet-based PC application “EZRC” allows you to create profiles with the user’s favorite channels and to configure the user interface according to personal tastes and much more. The Xsight series consists of the models “Colour” and “Touch” and once again proves One For All's impressive ability to innovate with remote controls. Both devices are available at specialty stores.

Maximum user-friendliness meets maximum functionality. With Xsight's unique setup, every user can decide for him or herself how to best configure his or her new remote control. People who want to get started right after taking it out of the box can be up and running in just five steps - without any user instructions. The user easily navigates the intuitive, clearly structured menu on the Xsight’s 2.2” color display for the installation: Select language, set the time, choose the type of device (TV, receiver, etc.), select device brand and confirm. These steps can be repeated for each additional AV device. One For All offers the basic installation in five languages (English, German, French, Spanish and Italian). Based on your country selection, Xsight filters the 24 most popular brands in your region for each type of device and makes setup that much easier.

The Remote Control with Personality
For those who want to go a step further and use their Xsight remote to the fullest extent, One for All has developed the web software “EZRC”, which is delivered on CD-ROM. A driver just needs to be installed on the PC but the application itself will be controlled in a web browser. After you have set up a personal account, you can begin with the configuration. If you have already installed devices on the remote control during setup, these will be transferred over and new ones can be added. There are many other different features, however, such as favorites, profiles and activities which allow users to make their Xsight into their own all-purpose tool.

Favorites
The “favorites” feature utilizes macros with which you can set your favorite channels according to the region you have set. The favorites appear as color graphic buttons on the touch screen with the corresponding network logo. You can save up to 72 TV networks in this way, which can then easily be selected.

Profiles
The saved favorites can be assigned to profiles defined within Xsight. For example, each family member can set up a unique profile, or you can organize your TV stations by genres, such as sports, movies or music. Up to six such profiles can be set up.

Activities
Xsight users can use “activities” to cater the remote to their own personal audio and visual preferences. For instance, if you want to watch a DVD, it is necessary to turn on various devices and make several adjustments: Turn on the TV, set the input to “Video 1”, set the home theater system to DVD input, turn on the DVD player and press "Play”. This entire process can be saved with “EZRC” and be labeled "Watch Movie”, for instance. Next time all of the actions will be automatically carried out at the push of a single button. The Xsight remote can save up to twelve such activities.

All of the features - favorites, profiles and activities - can be combined as well. One possible scenario: While the “Movie Mode” profile activates the surround sound system, the "Kids” profile only activates the TV speakers. With “EZRC” you can also give the buttons and soft keys, which are shown on the touch screen, new functions, names and icons. The diverse possibilities of the Xsight remote make it a true control center for your home.
